This place is a joke. With appointment you need to wait up to an hour in the lobby until getting called to scan in. Answered questionnaire online, guess what… Scanner does not work. Got told to use kiosk. Only two out of six working. Had to wait 20 minutes until a kiosk was available. Waited 25 minutes to get screening done. Waited another 15 minutes to get a bed assigned, just to wait another 30 minutes until somebody feels like to take care of the donor. Unfriendly, incompetent staff. This manager John life time banned me because me and my daughter all donated together and I’m the driver and my daughter could not donate so I told them to take me ooff the appointment list then when I came back to donate it says banned to 2099 and mind you I donated here from 2005-2021 sad I really liked this place till he showed up. Never had problems there before him!
I've been to several plasma places in Columbus. This one is the only one that wants people to make appointments. It's impossible to get someone on the phone when you call. So don't ever call. Sometimes it takes 4+ hours to get though. Newer equipment. So far my experience has been good.
