They never ever answer the phone so that you can get updated info or anything pointless to call and hopefully you don’t get there and can’t be seen
One of the slowest locations even with an appointment it takes an hour or longer just to get in the back then once in the back you get to wait even longer plus they take their sweet time to disconnect you from the machine I'm in there 2 1/2 to 3 hours every time
They only get one star because I have to leave a star every time I come in there they're confused they don't know their jobs the place is a mess this is a horrible place do not waste your time here
The shittiest customer service I have ever experienced. Every single member of this staff has some sort of attitude and no consideration for confused customers when they’re constantly changing things. All they ever wanna do is give you attitude and act like they don’t have any clue what’s really going on. The communication between staff is garbage and people get skipped or told different things. They need some serious lessons in how to treat people and provide a welcoming environment.
