They need to hire more people they have horrible wait times. Sometimes there's only one girl back there working and the management is not helpful at all.
had a 830 appointment and they delayed us for an hour and didnt tell us until 10.
If I can give 100 stars I would , the staff are kind and professional. Made the first time donating a breeze , highly recommend!
