First timer here, was a little lengthy lol but I understand. Overall I had a good experience , staff were nice and helpful thank you!
They need to hire more people they have horrible wait times. Sometimes there's only one girl back there working and the management is not helpful at all.
had a 830 appointment and they delayed us for an hour and didnt tell us until 10.
If I can give 100 stars I would , the staff are kind and professional. Made the first time donating a breeze , highly recommend!
