I've been donating plasma on and off for several years now, I've been to six different facilities (as a recurrent donor) and I have to say, this is by far the nicest, cleanest, most organized and well-staffed donation center I've EVER been to. Every employee that I've met is courteous, professional, and thorough. I wasted an hour registering to only be turned away at the screening check for being born in England prior to 1996, even though the CDC says it’s okay for us to donate. I don’t understand why the screening checks aren’t done at the beginning. I’m very annoyed I wasted my time with no pay. The staff was also disinterested & took forever to do anything. Told me to go to CSL plasma, which seems like a common theme in the reviews.

I can't donate because I'm diabetic, but I give my roommate rides to get to and from here. I've been sitting in the lobby and waiting until he's done, and I've been doing that for over a year without incident. They've apparently just now realized that they don't want me in the building because I cannot donate. I know what the real cause is.

I got denied because I wasn’t a resident of the area. I told him I was only up here for training and he said unfortunately you can not be in a hotel and told me to just go to CSL Plasma so if you reading this don’t waste your time with this place just go to CSL Plasma they treat you way better. It was a white man wut a receding hairline acting like I made him work there.
