Ever wanted to wait an hour and a half just to be poked wrong?
The staff is always completely rude to me .I've caught many of them talking trash about me and making fun of me then laughing in my face. Been cursed out, yelled at, and threatened by nurses on many occasions . Grifols and its staff are totally unprofessional and should all be fired. This place needs to be shut down permanently.
The staff works do their best to keep us happy when we are there and they have a great choice in movies
