Was a great place till I started getting bullied by staff when I would donate after work and for everyone who hasn't ever donated here don't go this location is permanently closed I went to go donate today and there's a sign stated it's been closed
Extremely rude staff who do not want to do their jobs. Came in as a new donor and was told I wasn't allowed to donate despite having 3 hours until close. Why would the website allow me to book my appointment then? Others have told me of the staff being rude and I see no point going if it supposedly takes 4 hours to get a measly amount of money.
The process of depositing money onto the prepaid card is incredibly slow. During my last visit, I was there until nearly closing time. After leaving, I waited around 45 minutes for my funds to load, but they never did. I attempted to call them, but they didn’t pick up, likely thinking I was just another person trying to donate after hours. I waited an additional 20 minutes, yet my card still showed no deposit.
