Extremely rude staff who do not want to do their jobs. Came in as a new donor and was told I wasn't allowed to donate despite having 3 hours until close. Why would the website allow me to book my appointment then? Others have told me of the staff being rude and I see no point going if it supposedly takes 4 hours to get a measly amount of money.
The process of depositing money onto the prepaid card is incredibly slow. During my last visit, I was there until nearly closing time. After leaving, I waited around 45 minutes for my funds to load, but they never did. I attempted to call them, but they didn’t pick up, likely thinking I was just another person trying to donate after hours. I waited an additional 20 minutes, yet my card still showed no deposit. I stoped in lastnight left at 645 an hr later i still didn't have the money on my card so I called to ask whats going on the lady I spoke to snapped at me said it on my card and to stop calling its ten hrs later and I still don't have the money on my card I am pissed that I don't have my money from the donation and I was yelled at and this lady didn't even check to see why so what I am saying is wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond I hope we can see the sarcasm
