I really enjoy donating because staff are friendly, professional and well trained. The facility is decent and definitely clean with proud staffer's and very very effective in their profession.

Long, but through check in process; took about 3.5 to 4 hours before they were ready to take my donation. Then I passed out during the donation! They said it had probably been too long since I had eaten. I was well taken care of by the staff who reacted immediately when I told them I was feeling lightheaded. One donation was enough for me!
