RecommendedI have donated over 50 times at this location. Two times didn’t go so well with the same phlebotomist. She needs to be retrained. These photos are the results of my attempted donation. We had to stop do to swelling and hardening under my skin. My donation was on Friday. This is what it looks like on Monday. I will donate again but I will not allow this phlebotomist to touch me AGAIN!

Been to other plasma places and this one by far is the best. With the virus problems they have really stepped up and have me feeling safe when I donate.
the place is really clean and the people are very nice and respectful and they're pretty fast they get you in and out
I actually enjoy coming to donate. The staff is amazing they take great care of you here. They respect all that comes through the doors. Thank you for great service.

All throughout the process, it as awesome, nice people,comfortable atmosphere,until I was seated to donate.the two young working side I was on, we're cussing and even said the n word, very unprofessional.i could not believe what I was hearing.the one who placed the needle in my arm, I believe purposefully pushed the needle in my arm,moved it around, said hey, vein is straight up.she did not apologize at all,I'd not say a word about.so unkind,so unprofessional.why would anyone want people like that working at a plasma donatio... read more
