Biomat USA (Grifols) is such a awesome business. I love that we help people just by donating our plasma. I really like the staff, they are constantly striving fora better experience than the last. I am a regular visitor at Biomat. The staff is very friendly and professional, Tracy is AWESOME!!!! The waiting area is very comfortable, 3 big tvs to pass the time. I can't say enough about this place, not only am I helping to save lives, but I am also compensated for my time. Biomat Kennewick gets an A+ in my book!
Every time I donate I sit and wait for my name to be called, I watch the staff working so hard to please us all waiting. Tracy makes my visits so much fun. All of your customers love Tracy. She is an asset to your company
Staff were all very friendly, I felt very comfortable at this place. Nice waiting room, lots of big tv's to watch, and always played good movies. Gave me crackers and Gatorade. I'd definitely recommend this place!
