Its like everyone elses story. Obviously staff dont like their jobs. After sitting for 9 hours a nurse denied my app for having enlarged lynph nodes. Said to come back next week. That i would hafto do the WHOLE process over. She had me worried at first, so I Went to the doctor, ran a screen. He said I was fine. Nothing found. I go back today. The same idiot nurse " Mellisa 021 " who said I was sick ( in her professional opinion ) put on my file I was a azmatic. Now I hafto waste more money to prove im not Azmatic. I sat ther... read more
They were very misleading in the information they would give you. I arrived at 7:05 am it now 11:45 and I still have not received my physical. They said that they would be with me shortly, that is what they have been saying all morning. So I hope make it out of here in about 2
The staff were all very helpful, polite and courteous. The first visit takes 4-5 hours so plan accordingly.
Incompetent. I'm not sure if this place is understaffed or they just don't know how to do their jobs. First time I came here they were delayed and asked me to come back the next day. Came back the next day and the doctor or lab technician says that she can't find my veins. Oh so I must be dead then. She told me to come back tomorrow and try again. Is this for real? So I decide to go to another donation center on camelback and what do you know, they were able to find my veins ! Must be a miracle.
Such a great staff but be sure to come in with time to spare.
I'm not just the Mayor I'm also the manager. Stop in, say hi, and learn how to save lives while making up to $55 a week donating plasma.
