I sustained a substantial injuries while donating at this center i was connected by a what seemd to be an untrained phlembotomist and readjusted by a disgruntal employee who roughhoused me further injuring me (girl with buzz cut) Be aware Ive talked to the center manager aleida to no avail she seemed defensive and argumentative towards me I hope you reconsider before donating here As i feel they are a danger to the public Im left in pain unable to move my arm and loosing time at work

While I was discussing with local residents about this location, there is seem to be an issue. When I specifically approach this morning's staff an older man (id last three numbers 605) asked i was a new participant. I said yes, in which I shown him my document of living residency and state, federal id, apparently insurance isn't acceptable but a electric or water bill is?
