I would like to thank Arneli and Amy for their amazing care today. The knowledge they have in their profession was admirable. I felt at ease and safe. It’s scary donating, their bedside manner was so comforting. THANK YOU ARNELI & AMY WITH ALL MY BEING.
I went for my first time yesterday to donate..Laurie i think is her name is the one that got me started..was very nice and helped me alot and explained everything very good..in the joe was awsome..felt very safe..everyone was very cool going back for sure. Thank u again staff.
The supervisor lady named Dora has a very rude tone I understand your not supposed to fall asleep while donating but most of the other nurses will just touch your hand and say please stay awake in a nice tone, Dora on the other hand sounds like she has a stick up her ass she grabs my hand then proceeds to tell me in a rude tone " Sir you need to stay awake or I will have them unhook you and you will only get paid half" other then Dora everyone else is good especially Joe in my opinion he's the best there.
