Terrible customer service since they've been bought out. My son's medication was dropped from his insurance company's formulary; that's not Biologics fault. However, while we have been trying to work on a solution with his oncologist, hospital, the manufacturer, etc., Biologics had repeatedly told us in the past week or so that it was being processed, it cleared, here's your delivery date. For a minute this was just another big heartless corporation to me, after they told my friend that her $6k/month prescription would be $12k/month instead. We contacted Biologics and they spent several days working closely with my friend's insurance company to have the drug covered. It is now covered 100%. Biologics went out of its way to coordinate affordable access to cancer treatment for my wonderful friend. Biologics, I can't thank you enough! This means the world to a whole bunch of us.
