wish there was a zero star option because giving them 1 star seems too kind. They have absolutely ZERO communication with the people donating. Was told to fill out a fax form by my doctor because I was on depression medicine. So I did and it took biolife over a month to even look at it. I called them a million times and left a dozen messages asking if they received it. They of course never replied. So I had to go in person again.
