Update: they called me back and told me I was clear to come back and donate just needed to clairify my meds with the nurse. I made my appointment and drive over there to have my time wasted again. SMH. I was not informed that i need to prove my address again. Really? Gas is almost $4.50/gallon. I did not appreciate my time and money being flushed down the toilet again. Not sure why they have you book an appointment. I waited over an hour for my scheduled visit- that’s not respectful of the donors time at all-
Friendly and helpful staff everyone. Second donation with appointment set it was fast thank you all
DO NOT GO HERE. Very unperfessional! They need they stuck me with wasn't even in my vein I told the staff and they unhooked me. Mind you I was not being rude or anything. Then they tried to defer me then I donated again and the same exact thing happened!
Very uneducated staff nice but on educated almost screwed my veins up and both of my arms and one of my arms have very big prominent veins hard to miss and also the person doing my vitals thought that it was okay to put the blood pressure cuff on extra tight which in turn would cause higher blood pressure
