Very nice and fast staff
I have been coming to biolife to donate plasma since they have opened in Racine. In the beginning there was efficiency and good customer service now I wait in 2-hours in a screening line then another 2-hours to donate and the employees walk around with their head down afraid to speak or smile at anyone or answer any questions without being annoyed that I"m speaking to them. A new person had come over and stuck my arm and put the Needle in way too far went through the vein and bruising started immediately. There was no flow I... read more
