Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because of the supervisor wasn't helping me since on Friday I told them I miss a bonus from last year but I did explain that last year I did told them that I never received an email about the bonus on July 3 rd , 2025 I check my spam ans everything it wasn't there I check it every month and now no And now they denied a postal card
They do not provide cups to use for messed up water fountains to hydrate! I signed in and purchased a drink from the McDonald’s down stairs to hydrate and was told I could not donate because I left the building. I was not aware that this was a rule since I have done this plenty of times before!!! Sign in on time and get a drink while I wait. Waste of time! I have been having problems donating since my promotion has ended! I guess the staff is doing their job now 🤪
