They never change there gloves. Cross contamination is crazy. They get so mad when u ask them to. Lawsuit waiting to happen
All the personnel is very nice. But especially Ignacia, she was born to work in customer service. The nicest person I've met in a while
Just because I have a nose piercing that was done recently, done by professionals. Now I have to wait 4 months until I could donate my blood. I would recommend to lie if you did get piercings recently so you can get your money after you donate your blood. I literally went all the way there to get nicked by 2 needles and told to get out. If I had lied and said that my nose Piercing was not recent I would’ve had money to pay off my sister. I don't know what the hype is about; this is an absolutely horrible place! The staff that works there are a bunch of bullies! One female staff member on Wednesday, September 9th is the supervisor there, and she is an absolute douche canoe! Just the rudest person ever, came up to me and told me to remove my shades, but everybody else had shades on and didn't say anything to them! WHEN SHE WAS DONE, SHE TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK AGAIN.
