In and out in a reasonable time and very friendly staff.
I had a wonderful experience with donating plasma and the staff members was very nice pleasant especially Mrs.Kelly with her amazing smile and wonderful hospitality.
Went in on 07/11/26. It had been a while since I donated so I had to have the physical redone before I could donate. My pulse was a little high on first measurement. Waited 10 minutes and no and pulse was premature. Was within range. The person doing the initial medical screening and the nurse who did the physical were both very good at explaining the process and procedures. This place has to many problems for it to be a new bio plasma. The staff don’t get along. They never help anyone they always have an excuse to why you can’t get paid and lie to you about anything to get you from asking any more questions. ARE PLASMA IS GOLDEN!!!!!!!! Please choose a bio plasma center that will treat you right. Not just to go to work and pick up a check.
