I came in today after work. Realized I forgot my snack. Didn’t want to pass out while donating so I asked a worker if I could have a bag of goldfish before I went back. She was so rude and condescending to me. Told me snacks are only for new doners. I explained I always bring my own but had forgotten today. Your management, team, medical team, and corporate team have been providing misleading and misinformation during my entire new donor process. The McKinney Biolife location has caused delays and deferrals without any accountability or staff correcting their errors or making it right.
If I could give zero stars I would. Marry is the only person who has ever been crappy and she thinks she runs the place. She never smiles and talks to you like you’re a child. This place has always given me the run around when trying to get approved because I am a diabetic and was sent around getting information that they rejected me because it was not hand written by my doctor, even though they completed the forms online and emailed it to Biolofe from their office.
