It was my first time donating plasma anywhere, so I gave 5 stars because the experience was very positive! The staff were so respectful and the process was easy to follow. Walking inside made me feel assured as I noticed how clean and organized the stations were. I was glad to meet them and I hope they stay!!! Thanks again, Biolife in McKinney!!
Love this place and the staff. The newer brunette girl was smiling right at 7 am, and brought a bubbly personality in an environment that typically makes folks nervous. I think her name was Ella, but only glanced at her name tag. Would recommend this center to anyone curious about donating plasma to help others. Yvette is also great.
Tech Logan is smooth with the needle and the process was fast and informative. Didn’t get the guy name that did my physical but I hope to see him everyday I go donate. He made me feel that comfortable as a new donor. I’m Mr Howard by the way. James Howard lol
I had the best experience Friday with tech Johnello! He is a premed student who takes great pride in getting the vein in the first try which I appreciate since my right arm has the best vein to handle the machine pressure and flow! Being in the medical field myself and placing IV’s at work I appreciate a good tech!
