I am happy to donate plasma because I understand the benefits of creating medication to help others. And the staff of Biolife Plasma Centers are professional and courteous.
My experience at BioLife in Forestville was not the best. The facility did not appear to be very organized, and the check-in process was extremely confusing. You are instructed to arrive early to allow time for the check-in process, which I did. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to assist with checking in. Staff is very unprofessional. They also falsify documents at this location and give you a hard time about it when you bring it to their attention

I am filing a complaint regarding my experience at the Forestville, MD BioLife location. On Saturday, I received an email offering $150 for donating. I clicked the link and scheduled my appointment, not realizing I needed to show the email to staff. After donating on September 8, I received only $40. When I returned that day and spoke with two employees, they were rude and dismissive and told me nothing could be done.
