It’s 4:59pm and I’m at you guys facility in forestville,I don’t if you guys had call-outs or not but when you have a line that has 14 return donors waiting to be screened and 2 new donors and all you guys have working at the screening station are 3 people,with everyone else just walking around talking to their co-worker’s like they don’t have any work to do,is just ridiculous. The Nurse named Mr Nate was rude and spent a long time in physical examination room with one client making the waiting room unnecessarily packed and uncomfortable. He was also unapproachable regarding reasoning why or fast tracking us who had a minor questionnaire mistake.
