Great experience at this location. The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. The center is clean and well-organized. My donation went smoothly and faster than expected. Highly recommended.
The wait time was a little long but i never write reviews but my experience was very pleasant thanks to a manager named Patrick he has very cool hair and is very relatable he seemed like he had answers to every question i asked and even did a really good job with sticking me with the needle he was also very nice and respectable to every donor in the color area as me it seemed as if they all knew him and were friends i will definitely be coming back and asking for him
Can i start by saying the center was so clean and very presentable compared to other donation centers i have been to. But now that i have got that out of the way i was helped by a very nice young man who was going above and beyond in helping me through the whole process he would not stop until he was able to help with everything i needed and he was very happy to do it i highly recommend asking for Patrick if you come to donate at biolife harlem he could not have made my donation or day any smoother or better.
They was short of staff the long line waiting to get a bed was 2 hours and then another 1 hour before I got stuck with needle today was the longest time I ever waited 3 hours total not included donation time now that's ridiculous but the people are very nice and professional
