The staff are great but THESE PEOPLE NEED HELP!!! There should not be only 5 phlebotomists on the floor and 1 checking us in on a TUESDAY which is known to be one of the BUSIEST days! Who is the scheduler running this place??? My appointment is at 5, yet I’m leaving by almost 8pm. What the heck?!?!
