The staff at this location works very hard and diligently. Also, very friendly and informative. Thank you to the employees of Biolife Daytona.
Your company has asked this of me before where improvement is concerned. Your process simply, sucks. The people are fine. It's your process, it's not working. It takes far too long waiting in the front for the finger pricking part. There are 6 workstations, only two employees attending them and one is forced to deal with the reception area, because you don't have one person who is assigned to that area daily. It's an easy fix. Staff is all liberal for starters,the worst phlebotomist I have ever experienced, and there machines are the slowest in the business!plan on spending 3 hrs there every time!now they have removed the chairs in the yellow waiting area,and there is only 3 people working the floor! I have been standing here literally 2 hrs now, I will not return,and I suggest you find somewhere else to donate!
It wasn't entirely you guys fault the fact that I can't come back for 8 weeks because of a machine malfunction where they wouldn't return my blood is a little disheartening. Given that I only use it when I absolutely need it I'm pretty sure within 8 weeks I'm going to ask you to need the help. This location has done ALOT better at not getting too crowded, making waits unbearable. Way to go guys! And Brandon, 10/10 every time ☺️
