Donating plasma at BioLife here in Bellingham has been something that makes me feel like I am "giving back" to others. The experience is easy and actually fun due to the people who work there. Every person I've interacted with have such great people skills as far as communication, and a sense of humor, as well as their competency with their work, and how they treat those of us who donate.
I didn't have another good experience, the technician heard me say I was a 1 arm donation option, she blew my vein and now I am not able to donate for yet ANOTHER 8 WEEKS. only Amber from the Bellingham location has been absolutely amazing...and gets it every time. I requested to have her do my donation again today but got another lady who seemed too confident and ruined my opportunity to save money for my children to get even something for Christmas this year.... this is the 2nd time I've had to lose 8 weeks of donating and... read more

The staff at Biolife were friendly and professional; they walked me through the whole process so there was no confusion. It was quick; a little under an hour on most occasions.
