I look forward to my short visits to BioLife because it’s so quick to get checked in and the staff are so welcoming and friendly and it’s so easy to donate plasma. I love that this experience helps someone who needs the plasma and it helps me financially every month with a little extra cash, so it’s a win win .
I went in to BioLife to donate plasma for the first time last week. I was pretty nervous, as I didn’t fully know what to expect. However, all of the staff I interacted with were so nice and helpful. They helped me feel so much more confident and comfortable before, during, and after my donation.
Brandon is amazing kind helpful and a great human being! The very large nurse that did my physical was absolutely terrible and accused me of being a junky 3 different times! The marks on my arms were from biolife long term as ALL people get! Absolutely terrible experience and I wont go back!
Staff is great they make the process easy
Great staff, and a pleasure even when busy. They are also rather apologetic when there is a longer wait, and it makes me and my time feel appreciated. The offers for newcomers and weekly bonuses aren't bad either 😉
