Staff are always very kind and wait times (at least during the times that I go) are usually minimal to none. I have found it to be an incredibly easy way to make some extra money and (bonus) save some lives.

I want to start by saying that I have had a bad experience almost every single time I’ve gone to BioLife. This is not a one-off incident or a bad day — it has been a consistent pattern of poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and complete disorganization. The very first time I went, my protein levels were too high. Instead of offering any real guidance or resources, the employee at the front desk essentially left me to figure it out on my own. Always a friendly and helpful staff with health and safety at the forefront of the great customer service. A clean and efficiently run facility just adds to my confidence to return and continue donating towards helping those in need. The payment I receive in return doesn't hurt either!
