I would've put 5 stars, but I hate how this place doesn't have a phone number to contact. This supposed phone number on the Google Maps listing is just another number to a call center in India that apparently has no way of connecting me to the donation center.
Very organized, extremely efficient, and friendly staff!
Today is September 15, 2026 I had came to donate plasma and my needle had to be readjusted which is understandable sometimes and then there was no blood flow which is also understandable but what I didn’t understand is that only one person could disconnect me because she readjusted me, but that wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part is that she forgot about me and when she came to disconnect me, she apologized and told me that her other patient that she had to re-poke was more important. if you have tattoos on your arm dont wast your time, 2 trips there and 5 hours of my time and they told me i cant donate for life because i have tattoos over my veigns, no compinsation at all, there not new tattoos there old over 5 years, they should tell you that before they take up all your time
