Need more employees! Standing in line for 1hr 45 mins is ridiculous. Waiting in the bed for another 20 before they hook you up is outrageous!
I've been coming here for almost a month now. One person says one thing, another says another thing; no one can put a needle in correctly. The first time, they bruised me, so I couldn't donate. Then, they said I could donate once the bruise turned yellow. But then the next person said I couldn't. Literally, no one knows what they're doing. Don't go here. Try somewhere else. What a waste of time.
The staff is always nice and friendly and the process is always quick and easy
I only have one concern not every phlebotomist are good at inserting the needle through your veins, I had a few bad experiences, I think male phlebotomist are better than woman, I will said my last donation on 1/13/26 was a male and I didn’t feel anything very comfortable with the needle in my vein, I will like to thank Him unfortunately I didn’t get His Name
