Have had nothing but good experiences. However, I went in after getting gender affirming laser hair removal and was told not to come back for the next 7 days. Unsanitary due to techs never changing gloves and long wait times only to be turned away. I went there as a new donor and expected to be there about 2 hours per the websites description. Yet, it took 3 hours just to get to the physical portion where I was turned away because they said I hadn't eaten enough protein beforehand. First, I did what the website said and ate a healthy non fatty and protein rich meal 2 hours before my appointment but since the 3 hour wait that was now 5 hours ago. Slow, Dissorganized, overly complicated process to DONATE plasma. There isn't an amount of money that would make this worth it despite this company making millions off the blood of desperate people. Disgusting.

I've heard that the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful, but I would request any nurse other than Justin. My partner doesn't shake very easily, but he made her cry. He chewed her out and said something to the effect of "young people are so stupid" for not understanding a question (it was her first time doing this) and sent her away once in the morning, and the second time later in the day after she rescheduled her appointment.
