Thank you for calling biolife plasma services, where your call is NOT important to them. I have been having issues with my account scheduling appointments for 2 weeks now. And they told me they were going to "put in a ticket to get it fixed". Hasn't happened. I have tried calling them to schedule appointments some days over 50 times before they pick up! they called me a lier to my face (about eating breakfast) and deferred me for the day. waist of time. there are plenty of other options for plasma donations.
Today was my very first time donating and I’m glad I came to this place! From the start, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and were clear in their instructions. They are very busy, so keep that in mind. Before we started the actual donation process, they did tell me the timeline and asked if I had enough time today or if I’d need to come back to finish it tomorrow. The associates gave an awesome vibe in this work environment, which made me feel comfortable and less to worry about anything going wrong in the middle of the donating procedure. Seeing them being confident and chill about there job, helped me out to not panic. Thank you for your hard work and help.
