I've been donating here regularly for a couple of years now. The quality of service has gone down. The wait is ALWAYS NO LESS than 2hrs, ridiculous! Another major concern of mine is the way they've recently started using bigger bottles and didn't even notify us! I noticed the volume had increased during my recent donations and I thought maybe it was because I gained a small couple of pounds so I asked and nope, that was not the case. Shelby was so sweet and I didn’t even feel it when she poked me and I’m so scared of needles. Had a great experience
The staff is nice… but there is not nearly enough of them. Why does it take two hours just to get a bed? They leave entire sections unmanned. There are only ever two people checking in and two people per section. I wish I could go to another location but this is right by my house. Hire more people!!!!!
I got there and had to wait 2 hours in the bed, while Poeple came after me and got helped, I asked deann and she was very rude to me and she didn’t care
