The staff bruised my arm to make me ineligible for future donations. My arm is still very soar after several days.
Easy to get this done. Nice staff. A little bit of a long wait depending on the time and day.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent appointment on September 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, I was met with behavior from the staff that I found to be rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff was rushing me through my questions and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to respond.
