Not gonna lie the reviews made me cancel my first appointment for MONTHS! But I’m glad I finally took the chance. Other than the long wait time customer service was great. Nathely (Manager) Mia (phlebotomist) poked me PERFECTLY my first 2 times. Mia is sooo freaking kind and checked on me multiple times even tho I wasn’t her patient. Very little to no bruising!! Both ladies were AWESOME! Don’t let the negative reviews stop you…Give these ladies a try!!!!!
Ive been coming here for almost 2 yrs on and off. this place is definitely a hit or miss. I’d say it all depends on the technician you get, ive had good professional ones that are focused and get you fast, but also just like any other place, theres very slow employees that will test your patience and they get distracted by talking to one another or just looking around and they take their sweet time. Most of my visits have been good though.
Sara(h), was so kind and made my experience donating so easy and comforting. She walked me through the whole process as we were doing it and what to expect next. Nurse Brenda was also soooo kind and helpful. I absolutely look forward to seeing their faces when donating. Thanks for being so down to earth! I can tell, you ladies love what you do and I’m grateful to have come across great people.
