This is the worst customer service experience ive ever had in my life, Due to the multiple rude experiences ive had with a specific employee, a customer service deposit was issued by a manager, but it's been several hours (6 hours) and the funds still haven't shown up on my payment card. They suck. I had an appointment and everything ready but nobody once even talked to me or helped me. Waste of time
It was absolutely terrible the service there sucks they made me leave and come back three times and I had appointments set I would not recommend this place the people hate there jobs
Facility is always clean and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Compensation seems fair when compared to their competitors. My mother suffers from a primary immunodeficiency, and receives IVIG infusions monthly, so I am well aware of how important plasma derived treatments can be. This is why make it a point to travel 45 mins to the nearest center to donate at least once a week, and also why I appreciate everyone else who donates their time and plasma.
