Professional and friendly!
DO NOT make any sort of complaint about staff or anything thing at all about this place to any staff! They will red flag you & when you come in the next time they will take you out of line, make you wait 30 mins + for some "manager or supervisor" to come take you to a side office to hear your complaint again. Horrible experience.I had to scariest experience here today. The lady doing my draw mispunctured, and when the machine went to return my blood to my arm, a big bubble began to form on my arm. I got scared and alerted the lady. It was my blood flooding into my arm,not my vein.The needle was not in my vein correctly causing the blood to just flood loosely into my limb. Too bad there's not a zero star option. Every time I have came to this location the staff is absolutely horrible they joke around constantly use foul language in our more concerned about what they are having for lunch and who is going on break they do not care about their customers
This place defers on purpose to make sure you don’t get the bonus money within the time frame. They have wasted my time 4 trips in a row and I’ve received no compensation
