Frank was super kind in answering all my questions, and he had such a kind demeanor and great sense of humor.
They are amazing. Even the nurses in the hospital have a hard time finding my vein and the vein rolling. They always get it right away and never have to restíck. It's always quick and easy to do ate here.

If I could post pictures of both of my arms I would. I was in there Tuesday (right arm)of this week, then today, Thursday (left arm) The same lady tried but had someone else to get it in my vein on Tuesday…..THEN on Thursday the same lady gave me a hematoma!!! Of course I am deferred for 8 weeks and that is not at all why I am upset. I am upset because both of my arms in one week with the same lady are messed up!! She also had the guy across from me on Tuesday have to quit and do his other arm! I understand things can happen... read more
