This place has gone downhill. I’ve been going here for years, and last time I went they had 2 sections open, and had 10+ people waiting for over and hour and a half. They’ve started giving people hematomas commonly. They gave me one and then told me I could be deferred for 8 weeks for refusing to be stuck in the other arm. Which I would think is understandable that I wouldn’t want to risk getting one in my other arm. They were gentle and very kind. Explained the entire process to me walked me through all the tests and got me out there to help save some lives. I am excited and as thankful as they were i was also thankful for their kindness and generosity. Intake nurse Rhonda made me feel super comfortable and helped me understand all the risks and procedures. Thank yall!!!!!! The best place I've ever been to for this kind of thing. Took extra special care of me.
