Since day one of stating this journey, every staff member I encountered has been friendly, professional, and informative. When I had a problem with an IV, the staff was promt in trouble shooting the issue. I feel I am in good hands & surrounded by well educated professional individuals when I donate.
Staff is always friendly and never had a bad experience when there
They are alright. Kinda lazy. Showed up like two three minutes after they say they stop taking patients and they refused me after driving 30 minutes to donate. I know they just work at the place and have rules but shows how bad they really need donations.
