Staff is mostly friendly , work hard, and stay on task and the center is clean. I just began donating in June and my first 4 /5 donations were good and efficient. However, the last few it's been a very, very long wait over two hours. A long time to wait, especially when there is scheduled appointments. Perhaps like allowing less actual appointments will be helpful. The Center did say they've added more staff recently so hopefully they'll be trained soon. Clean comfortable good staff, but it's a busy location.
I like that everything is by appointment. I can get in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Also, a staff member was kind enough to give me a one minute rundown of what the machine does. Nice.
I'm so disappointed because I been wasting my time I came one week before today . I just came back from my country and show the only I have on this moment everything was ok I couldn't donate because my iron was low but today I came back now someone else had a problem with my ID so I can't donate I work 3rd shift I pushed so hard to be here at 7:00 to donate so I feel like everyone has they own rules I was referred alot people said it's the best place & opcion but I guess I was wrong I go to CSL I was able to donate with not ... read more
