Most of the people are nice and the few dollars you get for the donation is nice but its by appointment only and they are always so over booked. Typically there is at least a hour wait before you even start the donation. Wish it was run better. Because it takes 2 plus hours there most of the time doesn't give me much willingness to keep coming back. My thought is if you have to make a appointment then you should get in around your appointment time within reason.
Best plasma center in all of , Illinois is the Rockford The staff here are freaking awesome the only issue I have is when there system goes down they give donors false promises of compensation for the donors
