I arrived, on time, for my 1st donation. My heartbeat was 15 beats per minute too high, so I was asked to sit a bit and retest. I was told to sit where they had shrill, ugly punk rock music playing and when retested, still 6 bpm too high and I was turned away. Don't waste your time.
Poorly trained staff, do not trust this place. Hematoma in both arms. Yet they gave me an ice pack for only one arm.
This place is a joke. Don’t schedule appointments you can’t keep. And stop wasting donors time. Kindness is earned.
