This place is ridiculous. The first thing they talked to me about was, that other donation centers are terrible. They continued to say that other donation centers are dirty. Which is not true. Ive donated at one other place and I NEVER had any problems. Every single time i walked in it was fast. My first time at biolife the needle had to be fixed because the guy who did it, didn't do it right. Machine kept making a banging sound. I have been trying to get a hold of them for multiple days prior to my appointment. For some reason, all I ever get is there voicemail. Recently, I don't know why, but they blocked my number. I can't call, but anyone else I know can. They just really didn't want to respond to my messages. They act like it is impossible to use another phone, or God forbid a free Google voice number.
