This visit was supposed to complete my promotional new donor payout and was supposed to pay $100 dollars. I received $40. I have tried to call the facility to speak to someone about this several times now. I have left messages and nobody has called me back. I will probably not be coming back to this facility again. 05/26/26
I'm super scared of needles. I blather away at your staff and they are always so nice about everything! And I feel good doing something good for other people. Plus scheduling is so easy!!
Everything was ok up until the actual donation collection. The person admistering show a servere lack of care & no communication. When I tried to address it I was met with a control tactic as if I was less than for participating. Simply for expressing my frustration. Its clear that the employees are not able to do the their job without making presumptions .Im not likely to go back there as result of the bad experience.
