The nurses are good here but the phlebotomists suck. They aren't able to find any vein on me even though I've never once had an issue with that. They dug around my arm and then told me I would need to complete the 2hr physical again, even though that's not true. You have a week to come back. So not only can they not do the one job they are there for, but they also don't even know their own policies. Glad to not be going in afterall bc the potential risks of plasma donation are too high to be letting people who don't know how... read more
