It's been an horrible experience with BioLife. From the staff to the wait time. Even with an appointment, you're waiting over an hour just to get your vitals read. Too many people at one time. The staff is under staffed. The staff moves with no urgency, the machines are out dated. It's just not working for me to continue donating at BioLife. Not a good experience, at all.
Service is extremely slow nobody moves with any urgency. Plan to be hooked up 40 to 45 minutes after your appointment time
