Very friendly and professional.
Amazing place with amazing staff. Only concern is that bed waits are starting to get very long. Update 08/19/2025: lines have gotten way too long. You will be standing for at least 1-2 hours before sitting and then you wait to be poked. Also floors have trash over them looks like they just throw stuff on the floor intentionally
I have been here for 8 visits now and everybody has been very polite and very nice. My third visit they were very busy so I stood in line for an hour. The time went fast because most people in line were very polite. If you want a little extra money this is an easy way to make it. So unfortunately I have to edit my review the last three times I've been in this plasma center it is understaffed. I just spent 45 minutes to not even be seen to be checked in. I decided to leave. The Vista location cared for each person and checked up on them. They answered my question and didn't make it seem like a burden to do so. They didn't make me feel like I will always be a weak link when I passed out, they helped me get better and offered ways to improve next time.
