Just horrible customer service! Absolutely zero acknowledgment of my existence until about 4 minutes waiting at the front desk, even though there were 3 people speaking to one another in hurried and flustered tones right in front of me—it seemed like the work, the customers, and the inputting of information on the various computer terminals, was way above their heads.
