Up until the donation time, It was perfect. But when the needle was inserted , it felt like a stab! So deep and quick. I have been donating for 3 years.And I informed her I have a close to the surface vein and no need to penetrate deeply. She tetminated the process immediately. My arm was sore for 3 days.
Horrible customer service. Wish I could leave a 0 star rating cause even 1 star is too many for this place.
Staff were friendly, facility was clean, it was a great experience. I would recommend this location because of the customer service provided
