Cy and Bree went above and beyond, wonderful employees, you can tell they really care.
Jaron was very heavy handed with the needle and I told him I was experiencing pain he replied "it looks fine to me" and I proceeded to have continuous pain throughout my donation process. I've never had pain to where I couldn't pump my fist but the pain was so severe I couldn't close my fist.
This was my first and last time ever going to Biolife, and I won’t be coming back. Today is July 9, 2025. I had a 6:40 AM appointment. When I got to the front desk, I handed the lady over my ID, Social Security card, and two pieces of mail for proof of address, which the woman specifically asked for mind you. She entered my basic info, took my photo, and checked my height. Service in the morning has been amazing lately.
I waited 40 minutes when I got there before they told me I couldnt donate due to the bruise their tech made on my arm the previous week. Why did I wait 40 minutes in line when I had an appointment? Staff are friendly. I also think they pay poorly considering their profit margin
