I have had now excellent customer service and no more bruises on my arm. Thank you
IMO staff is inconsiderate of patients’ time. & last week when the place flooded, patients waiting to donate were promised a 40 dollar credit upon their next visit & they did not honor it. A lot of us come here out of necessity sometimes
It's a decent way to make some extra cash but they have longer lines than Disneyland and you sometimes end up there for 3 hours! They have 3 people taking vitals with nobody in line for vitals while we have about 30 people waiting for beds and the line hasn't moved in 10 minutes.
