Oh where to start, I went shortly after labor day and the newcomer experience is awful. I waited in line just to be seen for 20 minutes which I can understand. Then I waited another half hour just to start the screening & quiz. I eventually get to the counter and the staff was rude and fast. I didn't get time to ask questions and they had me signing documents without giving me proper time to read them. Then the physical examination, where you are 1 on 1 with a physician of some sort. Extremely friendly, fast paced, and clean environment
Employees constantly having personal conversations on the floor, music is loud and obnoxious. What’s the point of having an appointment when you push multiple people ahead of you when you’ve been in for 20 minutes past you appointment time?
