Staffs very knowledgeable and most of the people I’ve interacted with have had great patience with questions (which I had a lot) 😂
Absolutely shitty location. There are a couple of kind employees, but the nurses are beyond incompetent. I dealt with Jake the first time, and he apparently made a data entry error, causing a THIRD deferment from even the first donation. First visit: Heart rate was a few beats too high due to anxiety. Fine. I get it. Rules. Second visit: Get through the screening, needle sticks, computer questionaire, and then Jake does the introductory physical. He says he needed paperwork from my two doctors to clear me due to medications ... read more
Everything was perfect in this place. They are kind and nice people. Update: I came back 1 year after because it was a wonderful place and the Dr. Jacob (besides be very displicent) told me that due to I have a earring that they didn't put in the system last time I can't donate anymore. I am pretty sure that I give the correct information last time, is not my foult that somebody just didn't put it in the system, and is just a earing, weird.
This place is terrible staffs more worried about being social with each other than working. management clearly doesn’t know what they are doing. There’s way more staff here with less donors at this location yet it takes longer to donate here due to the inattentive unchecked employees. They aren’t experienced at sticking either I currently returned to the Hampton location it’s like night and day I would not recommend going here unless you have unlimited time for bs and bad unprofessional attitudes. Kenya was amazing and is amazing at what she does. She definitely helped calm my nerves and was extremely patient. Steven at the front desk was also amazing and well mannered. Overall great experience Kenya deserves some type Of kudos or a raise !
