They tried to treat me like im the problem. I did NOTHING WRONG!! It’s a shame I’ve been donating to this same organization Bio for so many years I move here back Home (VA) just be deferred. I went somewhere else but why try and deter business here? I can’t wait until I reach corporate. I don’t care if it takes years. I gave years to this organization my city needs healing.
This afternoon I donated and received horrible care. The phlebotomist in training missed my vein, restuck it poorly, and on the return it just swole up huge and started oozing blood out of the puncture point. I called for help multiple times, and was just told to be patient and wait for over 10 minutes. When I did receive help they were very dismissive only asking “how do you feel” and when I said it hurts, no response or sense of urgency. They just took it out and gave me an ice pack. Hampton location is the best!! it’s clean quick and lots of great people work there.
