The tech Chris was great as usual. But I am very disappointed in the donor reimbursement process. I cannot get a straight answer why one donor is paid more than the other? This is in my case and you do not provide any answers. Shame on you. Why have you not provided a responses that explains your policy and rationale. Do you even read these reviews? All your info and information just states the opposite. I guess since you are owned by Takeda Pharma (one of the largest pharmaceutical companies) Biolife you just do not care

Some of the workers at this location always seem to be in the worst moods. They just dont look happy or enthusiastic to do their job. Positive thing is it dont get pack here as much you in and out of the bed in almost 50 mins
