I drove an hour to be here 15 minutes before my appointment and made sure to schedule with an hours leeway to make sure I got to work on time and was told it was going to be four hours. Why bother having appointments if they're not going to follow them. Thanks for the gas money wasted. An edit: biolife responded to this review to reach out for help. The staff at Bio Life in Des Moines is FABULOUS. I am a new donor and the nurse/techs were all very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was a little anxious, but the donation tech (not sure what their official title is) explained everything she was doing and what to expect. Shout out to Marisa, Reagan and Natalie for making my first donation such a great experience!
I like it here for a small location the staff is very good here. The donation time takes 30 minutes and it helps to move your legs around during the donation process.
