I was able to donate 3 times before the games started, they wouldn't let me donate 2 times my second week as a new donor they told me I couldn't schedule an appointment at I could only donate 2× in a week but I only had donated 1 then they wouldn't let me schedule an appointment for my next donation until my regular donation days which was a Thursday 8 get a text on Wed saying I can do are need a spe sample and I asked would my new donor date be adjusted t get my new donor fees they said no as of know they've beat me out of ... read more
2 of the nurses there are rude and unprofessional. And I asked about how long I have to wait after getting a tattoo I got misinformed and got banned for life. I even talked to a manager about it and then they half assed it and didn't asked me for details and said their was nothing they can do. Go somewhere else people.
Friendly staff and excellent process set up to move people along.
