Extreme concern about the employees knowledge and ability here. My husband has started donating blood at this location to try to start some good karma in life and some pocket change. The first visit went decently, only complaint of wait time. Which is absolutely understandable. The next round ended in extensive bruising and pain around the injection site where they take the donation of blood. Staff talk to much on the floor they take forever to take you down in hook you up to busy talking to the people being in their business even at the front desk they take forever to help you
725am appointment close in said to see front desk waited in line 13m then I was told I was pass ck in time & need to make new appointment. Did get out of there 1153am Made it to the table waited 23m for hook up 4 employees on opposite side of me with no one one in my section. The very worst experience. Totally unorganized.
