Love the professionalism of the staff keep up the great work
The center itself is fine. However, they will lower the money they pay you on a whim and not give a reason why. They get you in with a bonus, they entice you for about another month of donating by paying a decent amount weekly, then the gotcha comes. They lower the payment by $10/week and then a couple weeks later, another $10/week drop. I know donating plasma is for a good cause, but my time is also worth something. BioLife is a very good place to donate plasma, I’ll refer anyone to donate if there willing. The staff is very friendly and have lots of knowledge on taking care of your every need. Yes when I first started donating here it was slow and they was under staffed. They stepped up their game and have more staff now. I tip my hat off to Ms Zoe,Ms Emily, Ms Erica because they take there time with you and not make you nervous. They definitely get 5 stars from me.
BioLife is a really good place to donate plasma. The staff is very friendly and helpful to any need that you may have. If something goes wrong with you they have the best intentions on caring for you. I’ll refer this place to any one that’s willing to donate plasma.
