The overbooking and not utilizing a quarter of the machines is insane. We’ve found another center that is so much more efficient. Maybe if they didn’t just use 10 machines for 20+ people/appointments they could keep donors. Don’t recommend if you don’t want to be there for 4 hours every-time.
Everything is a joke about this place the staff, the managers, the procedure, worst place in town workers think its gossip time and not lets get patients in and out and socialize on break time its deserves 0 stars no one knows how to correctly poke, ladies in the front talk about donators in front of other donators the manager lets workers give attitude then when you reciprocate they wanna defer you what a joke
payments at first are on target but once you get pasted that I am not really sure it's worth it. First you might get stuck more than once. In addition to they pay like they are paying for someone's time in actuality they are paying for a part of a person. So yeah 100.00 a couple times a week is fair but less than that tells me they don't value what a person is giving them and It's not time its a piece of themselves and enduring some pain on top of that.
Must read!!!! Location great, friendly staff! Company... sucks... they constantly over book appts, making wait times crazy. They also always change the compensation, lowering all the time. They use to take about 889ml and now 1089 about 20-25% more plasma and pay less? Wth! So much for loyally to your customers. Just another company trying to screw people.
