The first month I went there, they blew my vein, it happens. A couple days later, I had a weird feeling in the arm and spoke to the nurse who suggested I go to the ER and that Biolife would likely reimburse for it. Numerous calls and emails with the manager resulted in saying that they had told corporate and it was in their hands. A few calls later, she stated that she suggested reimbursement and, again, it was in corporate's hands. It will be 2 years this November.
