Duluth is the worse . Lazy people , and short staff. Some days I wait on the line for 3 hours, cause they put many new Donnors in front of old ones. No supervisor to check!
Horrible wait times and very rude staff when politely asked about wait time. Kyia said service industry doesn’t have customers.....? 10:45 am still waiting to for 9am appt.
With this new pager system it is not working doesn't matter how long you drive you're still going to come up here and wait until the pager goes off doesn't matter if you make an appointment you're still having to wait for the pager to go off they need to fix this because it is so totally wrong
