This environment at this place is horrible. The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. While customers sit and wait to be helped, the staff sit and gossip about eachother and about customers. Ruth the receptionist is very unwelcoming and rude. Do not recommend going to BioLife in Mankato i can guarantee your experience will be horrible.
