I’m 21 years old, 6’4”, and I weigh about 185. I’ve got 2 huge issues with this place: 1) I don’t like the whole idea of donating based upon your weight instead of volume AND STILL GETTING THE SAME COMPENSATION. A short person could be in and out in 30minutes and get compensated the same as me, which sometimes me takes an hour and a half. Yet I’m getting reimbursed the same amount to sit in there for longer AND donate more… Not to judge, but looking around the place I’m positive I’d be donating plasma on the much healthier ... read more
they send out false test results from batch testing. this was confirmed from the health department... nice staff however not a nice company
the staff is wonderful and ive never had to compete with scheduling
Great and well trained staff! Professional and down to earth. I enjoy going there week after week. I have donated 167 times and will continue to donate many more!
Do not recommend donating. Went in did all of the steps ( a very long process) then they said I was all set to donate, was going to donate and they stated it was to late, it had already taken 2 hours, so they stated just schedule a time to come back in to donate, tried to set up a time online, computer said needed to call to set up appointment, so I called, and they stated I needed to come back in Physical only go through the whole very long process again and not even donate.
