I was pleased at how clean the area was and how professional the staff was. However, I went through the whole process - after waiting for over a half hour to be called to the first station, then at least a half hour standing in line to get the finger prick blood draw, then 25 minutes at the computer to answer questions. Then the one-on-one time with a healthcare professional who is taking all your history, etc., only to find out that if you are over 65, they automatically have to send a fax to your doctor asking him to pro... read more
Women on the floor will ignore you and make you wait a lot longer than you have to while they sit around and talk. From the sound of it, they gossip a lot, too, which can't make for a healthy work environment. Extremely unprofessional.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I live in a hotel because I cant afford to live anywhere else. Went there to sell some plasma for some quick and easy money and they tell me that I cant because my address is on a blacklist or something like that. Drove 25 minutes there and wasted a quarter tank of gas that I cant afford just for them to tell me I cant donate.
