Everything is fine with the staff and facility. However, the wait times are RIDICULOUS. A staff member just announced its a wait time of 6 hours to get in a chair. No, I am not exaggerating!! The issue is with the scheduling. Please schedule as if you have a full staff, which you don’t!!!! I’ve been here 2 1/2 hrs and there are still 10 ahead of me. So aggravating.
I last donated on 9/18/20. I had completed 5 donations under a 5 donation coupon. This was my 6th donation. The lady at the desk always says to show the health screener your coupon. I forgot since that was 45 minutes later waiting and standing in line. I mentioned the coupon to the technician as I was donating and she advised me she entered the coupon special in their system. Later that day I found I was only paid $20 and not the $100 expected per the coupon. I posted a number of entries on the BIoLife website which today, 1... read more
I have been donating here forever, I love the staff and the facility is super nice. Very organized and professional all while keeping the visit fun and upbeat. Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to. I have donated at the St. Cloud center as well and this is my preferred center :)
Friendly staff, always greeted by name
Everyone is always professional and friendly. My questions are answered. The money incentive is great. I have been a donor for almost 12 years, and plan to continue for many more years. Thank you to the entire staff. Cary
Total waste of time and money go there had high BP and don't tell me till the 4th try that I can't even donate because I have epilepsy
I’ve been donating at this biolife for two years now. It has been nothing but frustration, with the occasional bright spot. They pay doners more than other places, but it’s almost not worth it anymore. Over the years they have gotten more busy, and less friendly. There are a couple amazing employees there, Heather, being one. But the moral of the place has started to lack. Also, it has become one of the most busy centers in the country, and they have not done a lot to help wait times. There is always a super long line and a ... read more
This used to be so quick! Now its not uncommon to plan on spending an hour and half if not more between check in and donating. I used to be out in an hour or less. They either need to up the compensation or hire more help...sounds like its a management problem!
Red blood cells were injected into my arm tissue multiple times within a month of donating due to incompetent workers at the Bloomington location. Today I had to call for help seven times before someone noticed, and then had to wait another 5 minutes for a worker to take the needle out of my arm. Donating here is not worth $70 a week.
