I would like to give a NO star rating. This place is a study in ineptitude and unclear communication. You waste donors time and money because your physical intake people are unqualified, inept and borderline unsanitary. Shame on you. It was my second time going and i was there for a physical and donation. While talking to someone about my physical. The person told me i couldn’t donate due to my allergies. I didn’t have any allergies today and she had the audacity to say my eyes were watering even though they weren’t. She was passive aggressive and rude and gave racists tendencies. Everyone else that was there especially this girl named Mariah was a blessing.
