I have been a loyal donor at the BioLife center in Warner Robins for over four years. Unfortunately, what was once a center that upheld high standards has noticeably declined in quality. The recent turnover in management and staff seems to have resulted in the loss of many experienced and dedicated employees, which has severely impacted service and professionalism. The online materials for biolife indicate you have a 10 minute window for your appointments. I arrived at 6:06 for a 6pm appointment and found the doors locked. Although people saw me at the door, no one opened it. If you lock the doors at 6pm then make your last appointment at 5:50pm. I drove from work like a bat out of hell to arrive for the appointment within the window. They have donors wait as long as an hour after screening to donate but they cant wait 10 mins in accordance with their own policies.

I’m so glad I decided to do this. My experience has been great. The place is clean and everyone is professional.
