Front office staff, Dawn, was extremely rude. As a donor, you would think, you would be welcomed with a warm welcome. Oh no, Dawn could not be bothered with an error. Instead she felt the need to argue with me, the new client, and cop a self-righteous attitude. Will not go back, I will find another location that has better customer service as you walk through the door!
Biolife has really gone down. Long,long wait..we try to get there during work break but waiting more than two hours just to have your finger pricked it's not a good idea.
Great improvements here at the Joliet BioLife. Ariana is very friendly and nice center is clean now around the workstation the wait times not as bad as it used to be that is the best part about coming here everyone is very friendly
Terrible experience and customer service today! I will not be going back and I’m a long time donater! Waited 2 and. 1/2 hours in line and the 35 minutes to get unhooked afterwards ! Not worth my time ! Person named Bemen that did the stick was rude and purposefully ignored my alarm when I was done donating! Asked for a supervisor and never talked to one as they came over hooked Someone else you and ignored me ! Make sure you keep an eye on the employees and identification they may try to keep it or keep copies of it. they expect you to sign legal documents and won't provide you with a copy and won't allow you to take a copy of them with your phone why should you be expected to sign anything legal that you can't have a copy of you may need to discuss it with your attorney they won't allow that
Overbooked and understaffed. Not worth waiting outside for hours to donate. It should not take 3+ hours but it routinely does even with an appointment time. Started donating this spring. Initially everything was wonderful, prompt appointments, courteous staff, really worthwhile. However, the last two months have been ridiculous. Lines stretch around the corner of the building and this is WITH appointment times. I am not sure how so many have 3+ hours to donate. They definitely seem understaffed now.
Just keeping it a 100% honest. You will wait a hr for questions and finger poke. Then you will wait a hr 30 min to be seated and stuck After that you will spend roughly 60 minutes donating Last you will get either 20 to 30 dollars for first donation OR 30-80 for your 2nd donation.
I was told this morning by this location Manager that Biolife's OFFICIAL company policy is that unless a patient asks or they get blood on their gloves they are not required to change their gloves between patients!!
Recommendeda little side money never hurts...too bad
