I am so disappointed with this operation! They actively discriminate against mentally handicapped people. My son, who has a fair vocabulary, but needs put in very simple terms was refused today because he didn't understand the legal questions put him. They made no effort to simplify their explanation or questions. They also refused to allow me into the room the help with interpretation.
