I transferred from another location. I called ahead to make sure they had everything and they said yes. I showed up during the time I signed up for. I was told they didn't have my stuff and I could not donate. I drove a half hour to be turned away. They should of told me thins before hand so I didn't make the drive. I will NOT be donating there again. Turns out people dont need plasma that much. Nope not a life saving thing!
Wonderful employees. It usually takes me less than an hour from the time I enter the building until I finish & leave. Sometimes I wish I could hang out longer because the employees are interesting & friendly. I leave knowing that I have shared my body's 'magical healing powers' with other people. Earning money without doing anything is just a bonus.
Awful communication with the patients and treated like just a number. When I came forth and told them about a medical procedure I had done, they immediately froze my account and no one ever let me know when I could donate again, I had to call over 5 Times. I would never recommend donating to them.
They should be more upfront about who cant donate.
