It's a great company but horrible as far as working people thru. In the beginning I had to ask what to do because I was new and they assumed I knew where to go and what to do. I have had to wait 2 1/2 hours just in line. Not enough workers at all. Once you get to back and actually donating staff is great back there. Just expect to be there at least 2 hours just standing in line.
Communication to new donors are horrible. Expect a good wait if you have to see a nurse. They only keep one on and makes for a long wait.
